Turns out we are too poor for most vehicles :) If we can get approved for this Dodge Stratus and the payments are low enough, it looks like we will be getting that. 2005 Silver...blah blah blah. Buying a car is so frustrating.

Here's my advice about cars, but don't tell Dad that I said it. :) Domestic cars SUCK!!! They're unreliable and don't last long. ALWAYS buy foreign if you can. Sometimes being a grown up isn't all it's cracked up to be, huh? Sorry for your troubles, Melo!
I'm going to have to go with your sister on that one. Go foreign. Particularly Japanese. Toyota or Hondas I recommend.
But the only problem is they will run you more in the area of the wallet. But it's because they will last you longer too. Even if you can only get an older one that might have some mileage on it, I guarantee those ones will mileage will still run longer without big problems. Foreign cars are just made better from my understandings.
I don't agree with the girls on the whole "buy a foreign car" thing. I'm into American made cars...however, the majority of cars these days are made in Japan, Korea, Germany, etc. so you're not really getting an "American" car. I just recently purchased a Tahoe...I made my first payment last week...I felt like a true adult. I owe money on something...I'm a grown-up now!
I graduated from ACU in '04. Michael, and I got married December 23, 2006. Our first baby girl, Harper, was born October 28, 2009. Michael graduated from TTU in August '10.
